Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your items to us. We can either offer you a new item, or refund your original payment method. The following terms and conditions apply.
Returns Window
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to contact us and request a return. Once your return has been approved, you will then have a further 7 days to send the item(s) back to us.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Returned in their original, sealed packaging

In a resellable condition
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if items are returned damaged, used, opened, or missing components.
Return Costs
Unless the item is faulty or you have received the wrong item, you will be responsible for the cost of returning your order.
We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
How to Return an Item
To request a return and refund:

Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.

Carefully package your items in their original packaging.

Send your parcel using a tracked postal service.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.
How to Get A Refund
Once your return has been approved and received by us, we will inspect the item(s) to make sure they meet our return conditions.
If your return is accepted:

Your refund will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your returned item.

The refund will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund transaction.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, we will cover the cost of the return where required. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can advise on the next steps.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on skincare, cosmetic, or grooming products where any seal or packaging has been opened or tampered with, unless the item is faulty.
If a product is returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale, we may be unable to offer a full refund.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
